Stacking the Springtime with Suzanna Stein

One of our favorite new products from the March release is the Springtime 6 x 6 Paper Stack! This stack of beautiful colors and patterns (without any adhesive to hold you up!) holds an endless array of crafty possibilities! Let’s take a look at how Suzanna Stein is using it today!

Hey friends, I’m back on the blog today to share a layout using the Springtime 6 x 6 Paper Stack! There are so many fun ways to use the paper stack, it was hard to choose a direction, but I finally chose to die cut pieces and create a diamond puzzled background!

Supplies | Springtime 6 x 6 Paper Stack, 5 Ws Journaling Tags, Spring Puffy Stickers, Puffy Heart Stickers – Spring Mix, Wood Veneer Speech Bubbles, The Details Stamp

After die cutting the pieces in two different sized diamonds, I placed them together, alternating the patterns down the left side of the layout. I kept a few pieces to layer on the right side behind my photo, which gives the eye a guide to help the flow of the layout.

Using dimensional adhesive, I popped a few diamonds up and layered them over the others to give the left side dimension. Y’all know I’m a fan of layering, and I wanted to continue the dimension behind my photo. I used a mix of the Springtime 6 x 6 Paper Stack patterned paper and fabric, for a different texture, as a mat to my photo.

Once I had the base of my layout done, I went on to embellish. Using a mix of March extras like the Spring Puffy Stickers, Wood Veneer Speech Bubbles and the new The Details Stamp, I created little clusters of embellishment around the layout.

For my journaling, I cut apart a 5 Ws Journaling Tag to document the who, what, where, when, and why of the photo. I finished it all off with splatters of gold craft mist, a doodled border and some Puffy Heart Stickers

I hope this gave you a bit of inspiration on how to use your Springtime Paper Stack. I can’t wait to see what y’all create!
