Documenting Days of Celebration with Suzanna Stein

After the holiday season, there is much to document! Some of the days of celebration are long, and today design team member Suzanna Stein is showing how she uses the Time Stamp to get all of the little details down. Let’s take a look at what she created.

Hey there crafty pals! Suzanna here, and I’m so excited to share this project I created highlighting the Time Stamp. I’m a bit behind on my weekly pocket pages, and when I saw the Time Stamp, I knew exactly what I wanted to use it for—I paired it with the Family Fun collection for the perfect little set of products to document our Thanksgiving day.

I used the different phases of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, etc.) to document our activities throughout the day. Since this is a day I took more photos than I do on an average day, using the Time Stamp is a perfect way to document them!

For my title card, I did a brief overview of our day, broken down by morning/afternoon/night. I love the way the white pen pops against that wood grain journaling tag from the Family Fun Double-Sided Journaling Tags!

Our day this year had three main events that I wanted to remember. For those, I used specific times and a journaling tag with three designated spaces. Such a simple way to document, and I know I’ll love looking back at this in the coming years!

I used various die cuts from the Family Fun Bits and Pieces to embellish my photos and layout. I just love the way this turned out, and the fact that I am able to remember these pieces of the day in order from morning to night.

I hope this gave you a few ideas on how to record those days with more photos than normal, or days you’d like to keep track of in more detail! Happy documenting!
