September meanings Apple Season in my neck of the woods. Which means my kitchen is full of the sweet aroma of apple sauce on the stove, apple crisp in the oven, and apple chips in the dehydrator. Oh, it’s a divine time of year!
I wanted to be sure and incorporate this into my 2014 album and thought it would be fun to include my favorite Apple Crisp recipe.
I took this shot of my bushel basket full of apples sitting in my kitchen and left some “white space” on the right side of the photo so I could write the recipe directly in that area.
I discovered a super fun FREE font and added it to my photo before printing. The font is called “From This Moment“. Go get it! You will love it! 
I printed the photo as a 5×7 so I had plenty of room to record the recipe. 
I used a fine tip Sharpie marker to journal onto my photo. As you can see, I combined the amazing new Sycamore Lane collection with the Exclusive September Tag Kit to create my layout. 
Incase you missed it; we have TWO new Letter Sticker sets (Cream & Red) coming out as well! I layered them here to create a 3d effect. 
I also used them to create a fun vertical title along the left side of my design :
