Project Life

This week’s Project Life covers the week of October 7-13th.
I used quite a bit of the October 2013 kit for this fall themed spread.  (Have you seen our new November 2013 kit?  These kits are PERFECT for Project Life!)

We had a lot going on this week so I included an insert to fit it all in.  I typically do that if we have a busy weekend– inserts are great for focusing on a weekend!

On the left side I included a card I received from a local MOPS group as well as a George Washington Pez dispenser to journal about the recent government shut down.

The insert covered our trip to the pumpkin patch.  I saved the sticker from our pumpkin.   It was florescent green and I wasn’t sure if it would work in my spread, but I found a Halloween Star Wars sticker that pulled in the same colors.

The right side focuses more on our weekend and how my daughter had her first horse show.  There was so much more I wanted to say about her horse show than what is included in this spread, so I will likely make a layout.  This would be a great example of when I know I want to do a layout on an event.

We want to feature your Project Life album!  During the last week of each month we will be featuring a couple Project Life spreads that caught our eye in the Member Gallery.  We will be posting Project Life spreads on our blog tomorrow!   If your spread is featured we will be sending you a $5 gift card to use in our store.   Good Luck!
