March Blog Challenge!

I can’t believe it’s already March – the time is just flying by so fast this year! For this challenge I wanted to really, REALLY give you hard one! I find myself always doing layouts with 1 or 2 photos and my photo stack just grows and grows! So, I thought we’d do a mega challenge with this one! You have to use 9 photos on one layout!

This month we have some inspiration from two of our Design Team members!

Here is Daniela’s layout:
Supplies: Elle’s Studio: Chic Date Tags – brights, Granny’s Doily Journaling Tags, Scalloped Circle Journaling Tags – b/w, Scalloped Circle Journaling Tags – brights, Creative Imaginations and My Mind’s Eye patterned paper, My Mind’s Eye rub-ons, Jenni Bowlin butterflies, Making Memories pin, Impression Obsession bird cage stamp, Prima jewel, felt heart and glitter letter stickers are from my stash.
Love how her photos are like a story board – almost like you can see the movement through the photos! Here’s what she had to say about her layout: “I layered the butterflies and secured them with a pin. I cut pattered paper squares in half for the banner. I machine stitched with black thread for contrast. The photos are from our visit to the Bluebonnets…Alex was unsure about the flowers at first and was holding my hand. After some time he let go and the rest of the photos are of him roaming free. We had 530 photos from that day!”

Next up we have Mel’s layout:
Supplies: Elles Studio: Vintage Sweetheart Flashcards, Label Cut Outs, Date and Place Strips, The County Fair Journaling tags, XOXO Sweetheart tags. Cardstock: Core’dinations, Patterned Paper: Basic Grey, Sassafras, October Afternoon, Stickers: American Crafts, Chipboard: Maya Road, Brad: Basic grey, Other: Dictionary paper, black zig pen, buttons Adhesive: Helmar.
So cute! I love how she used the journaling tags like a frame and made a little collage out of all the photos! Very fun!

Thanks so much for the inspiration, ladies! You both made it look amazing and I’m excited to get started on this one!

Now it’s your turn! We want to see your 9 photo layouts using Elle’s Studio products! Upload it to the web and post your link here, in the comment section OR email us a photo of your project. 1. Wow! 9 photos on a 1 pager? I’m inspired! Beautiful pages, ladies!

  2. This is one great challenge… And I´m so glad I´ve already ordered some Elle products so that I can join in!

It has to be one page, or could it be a double LO?

  3. Hey Siri! Awesome 🙂

We are trying to keep it to a one page layout to make it extra challenging, but if you wanted to do a two pager that is fine! We’d still enter it into the challenge 🙂 xoxo
